Terms and Conditions

• Please be aware of your booking's specification, this includes pitch size, associated facilities and the limited access for larger campervans ect. Coastland is not responsible for any inconvience caused due to overlooking these details.

• You, as the person making the booking, will be responsible for all members of your party. You, as the person in charge of your party, must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.

• You must not use the Accommodation, or allow it to be used, for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities. You must not cause any nuisance or annoyance to any neighbours or anyone else during your stay.

• You and your party may only use a barbeque on Site if it is placed outside and raised off the ground.

Changes to bookings
If you want to change any detail of your confirmed booking you must let us know by telephone, by email or in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any request for changes. Changes maybe subject to an administation fee.

Accomodation Cancellation
Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will only be returned in accordance with the following conditions;

• Cancellation made due to government restrictions - Full Refund

• Cancellation made 1 month or more before stay - Full Refund, less £10 admin fee

• In the rare event we need to cancel your stay - Full Refund

Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit the full amount of their paid booking. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance where required.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment made directly related to only our services.
